Praful advocates reduction of Indo-Pak nuclear rivalry

There is a growing need for the civilian populace of both countries of India and Pakistan to make their governments include the contentious issues of non-proliferation and nuclear risk reduction high on the official agenda. If not the continual increase in expenditure and risk can jeopardize the posterity of both countries. However, to a person like Praful Bidwai, who has been forthright in his criticism on military expenditure over nuclear weapons by India and Pakistan, the indifferent attitude of both governments were threatening the peace process in the region of South Asia and it was the high time to restrain both of them. Or else worst would follow.
